Gorgonzola is a veined Italian blue cheese, containing 98% whole cow’s milk. A sweet and mild flavour with a beautiful soft and creamy texture, with a slight ‘bite’ from its blue veining.

An English blue cheese, which is made from the whole milk of cows. Stilton is rich and creamy but a little crumbly, with a light tangy nutty flavour that becomes stronger and more flavourful with age.
This cheese has been specially treated by smoke-curing. It typically has a yellowish-brown outer “skin,” which is a result of this curing process.
A PDO cheese made in the spanish La Mancha region. Prepared from pasteurised manchega sheeps (ewe’s) milk, rennet cultures and salt.
